Been lurking

Hi everybody been luring for awhile and decided its time to start making some changes. My goals are to get back to the weight I was when I got out of the Marine Corps. I know I can do it just need some encouragement every now and again.

Sweat dries, Blood clots, Bones heal. Suck it up Marine.

Hello Marine.  My husband's a retired Marine, and I spent about the 1st 15 years of my Federal career working at various Marine Bases (ah, the joys of 29 Palms...)

I think I am going to do the upcoming challenge, I figure it will probably help me with my training for the half marathon I am planning to run the first Sunday of Oct.
