I've been trying to lose 30 lbs forever and so I'm hoping that I can finally get the motivation I need to kick myself into exercising more with the support and information from NerdFitness. Laureleye Posted July 18, 2013 Report Share Posted July 18, 2013 Exercising more is a always great. Don't forget that 80% (or more) of your weight loss success is down to diet. If you're eating at the dorm, you won't have a lot of control, but you can at least be selective about what you eat, and certainly about your snacking and drinks (either soft or hard).
