BaldWookie Posted July 17, 2013 Report Share Posted July 17, 2013 I just turned 30 years old and realizing I am not 20 anymore... I used to work out religiously. Marriage, injury, work and addiction to online gaming have left me lethargic and lacking energy and drive. I am roughly the same weight I was 10 years ago but my BMI is definitely higher. I need to "replace" 10lbs of fat with 15 lbs of muscle!!! That is me and my goals in a nut shell! p.s. I quit PWI/ FW (online games) cold turkey quite some time ago... I just need to get my mojo back!!! Thanks for having me.. I encourage you to challenge me daily.. I will need it in the beginning! Link to comment
