My name's Garrett, I work as a dual status technician for the National Guard. I'm an automation NCO though, so don't let the military thing fool you, I spend most of my time at a desk working on a computer. I decided to join the forum because I have always struggled with weight and pt and I want to get to a better weight and increase my score on my pt test and because the IRLRPG looked like a lot of fun. I have a plan to help with my wieght and pt but, I've had trouble sticking to things in the past so I figure a little accountability wouldn't hurt either. My plan consists of doing the Strong Lifts 5x5 plan and a 5k running program that I have had success with recently. I suppose that's about it.
