websterba Posted July 21, 2013 Report Share Posted July 21, 2013 Hey everybody,I have spent the last three days perusing the contents of the website before finally getting the Rebel Fitness Guide today. In the past I have tried the diet shake programs and intense interval training (Insanity) and have gotten pissed because I don't see results. Little did I know that diet is more important than the exercise! I'm a computer geek by day trade and zombie and dragon slayer by night, so I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle. After a recent checkup with my physician I was told by him that I really need to change my diet and/or start exercising if I wanted to avoid a slew of health problems that he saw coming down the pipeline. I cannot recall the last time that I was so excited to be part of an online community. I look forward to getting to know everybody and to have people to virtually kick my ass when I start to slip off the wagon! -B Link to comment
