Hey everybody,

I have spent the last three days perusing the contents of the website before finally getting the Rebel Fitness Guide today.  In the past I have tried the diet shake programs and intense interval training (Insanity) and have gotten pissed because I don't see results.  Little did I know that diet is more important than the exercise!

 

I'm a computer geek by day trade and zombie and dragon slayer by night, so I live a pretty sedentary lifestyle.  After a recent checkup with my physician I was told by him that I really need to change my diet and/or start exercising if I wanted to avoid a slew of health problems that he saw coming down the pipeline.  I cannot recall the last time that I was so excited to be part of an online community.

 

I look forward to getting to know everybody and to have people to virtually kick my ass when I start to slip off the wagon!
