Stumbled across this board whilst googling paleo recipes and ways to get fit. I'm an all or nothing kind of girl and my weight see saws like my attitude to fitness. I'm either training every day and sometimes double sessions or I'm lazing on the couch smashing a packet of chips.So here I am, working my way towards paleo living and apart from the cravings am really enjoying it! Goals:get under 68kgs (currently 72)Run a half marathon one dayGo without soft drink and alcohol for one monthBe able to do one unassisted chin upThere you have it. That's me. Love sports. Love and hate exercise. Love food, probably too much. I look forward to getting into the next challenges and to get to know you all.Bring in on! Quote Link to comment
