hvfpaints Posted July 24, 2013 Report Share Posted July 24, 2013 I'm new here and just wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 54 yo female athlete used to be. I was a runner for most of my life and didn't really need to whatch what I ate, or so I thought. Then a few years ago, I broke my leg in an accident and haven't been able to run long distances since. AND the weight started rolling on, and on . So now I'm about 25# over my "normal weight and 35# over my running weight and I'm not liking it! So change must come.I found you guys by way of a search of paleo after stumbling in on Mark's Daily Apple. Hope to learn a bunch. I'm definately dedicated and going to try the strict paleo eating program while starting on the beginner body workout that Steve recommends. Hold me accountable gang!! Quote Link to comment
