Selrahcthewise Posted August 8, 2013 Report Share Posted August 8, 2013 Hey everyone I justed started to take my fitness and healthe seriously and decided to sign up for the website I have been overweight for a few years now and i want to try to change that.My main goal is to get back to least how much i weighed in high school (180 lbs i currently weigh 229 lbs) This is not my challenge goal ,because i think it will take longer than the length of the challenge. Recently i have trying the odyweight circuit and doing jumping jacks on the other days to just keep the blood flowing. I hope this will work out for me and i hope to meet eeryone as we go along.
