loidor
I'm Erik, 28 years old. I live in Sweden and work as a librarian. I'm responsible for the sci-fi, fantasy and comics at my library, so I'm proud of my need status! I like cyberpunk, urban fantasy and zombies. Right, I don't like zombies per se, but I enjoy zombie culture. I join because I want to be faster and stronger, and I like the atmosphere here, from what I've seen. I started running in June, and today I reached my first goal - running 5K without walking. As a celebration, I join the rebellion! So - goals. Faster and stronger, of course, but more details: I'm going to reach the weight I had before I ate antidepressants, which was 75 kg. Now I'm 88 kg, so that's 13 kg to lose. In lbs, that's close to 30 pounds. I'm going to be able to run a marathon should I feel like it, and I'm going to learn parkour next summer. You know, in case of zombies. To reach these goals I'm running three days a week and I LOVE it, and I'm following a bodyweight routine three times that I can't say I love, but it's growing on me. It's focused on building core, since I need that for the running. I think that's it. I won't be extremely active since that's not who I am, but I will lurk and read a lot, and maybe post a reply now and then. Quote Link to comment
Laureleye
Yes, those anti-depressents can wreak havoc with your weight. Five K is a huge milestone - congratulations. Good luck on your quest for a marathon. Quote The hardest part of the workout is lacing up your shoes'"10 | 11 | 12 | 13 | 14 | 15 | Current Challenge |INTJ | MFP | FitBit Link to comment
