I realized 4 weeks into my body wt workout progresion that the goals were not going to happen unless my heart and lungs were operating properly. I've been wanting to quit since I started smoking in '82. Getting through this first work week is a big deal for me.Thank you to those who have posted here. Your successes have been an inspiration. These past 2 I've been pretty happy with the decision though. Good luck and again, congrats on making such a big decision. Diet and workouts have been the pits this past week, but in the big picture I cannot recall feeling this good since the 80s. The craving is a distraction but minor next to the positives.
