AMZRaven Posted September 22, 2013 Report Share Posted September 22, 2013 Hello fellow Rebels!After a solid week of combing the blog for useful posts (and just about every post i've read has been bookmarked!) I'm ready to make the giant leap of faith and take control of my fitness!So I'm a 23 year old female adventurer, living in humid south Texas and the weather itself has been my biggest excuse for not being active. Well no more! The real life Role Playing tickled my fancy just right, and if I ever want to be a proper Ranger, it's time to give up excuses and go for it!I'm extremely interested in the Paleo lifestyle (a hardcore carnivore, the thought of restricting meat intake has had me failing in previous diets), and (for once) i'm ready to start exercising!So, I have 10 months until I turn 24 and I am damned well determined to make a BIG change in my life by then!So begins the rest of my life!As Steve would say:For the Rebellion!-Nancy Quote Link to comment
