So, I'm a newbie. Not to fitness, but to this, which I'm hoping will help take my fitness to another level while being tons of fun. I don't really know what I'm doing on this site yet but hopefully I'll figure it out to make the most of it.

 

But a little about me, to start: I used to hate, hate, hate cardio but now I consider myself a runner. Not a particularly good one, but I love it. I've done some 5ks, a 10k and a 4 mile race just yesterday. I'm signed up for a couple half marathons before the end of the year as long as I can make it back to Florida (where I just moved from) for them.

 

Basically what I'm working on is becoming a better, faster, and more efficient runner. Then, eventually, I'd like to get into triathlons and/or ultrarunning. 

 

Well, let's have some fun here. And maybe even work on this health and fitness thing!
