El Exorcisto
cobaltflash, there is a library of Henry's writings out there. Nytebane
Chris Shugart is my favorite author on T-Nation and I have Atomic Dogs Testosterone Principles book. I used to talk to Chris Shugart a while back about nutrition ides when T-Nation first started and wasn't as big. The man is inspiring. Quote Link to comment
El Exorcisto
He writes some really great motivation pieces for sure. I like T-Nation's articles as a whole, but the Plazma thing is getting out of hand. Jesus tap-dancing Christ they got Wendler to sell out for it. Suited hippy
That last one was fantastic! I've very much been feeling like I have lost my motivation as of late. I use to be fighting to show up to sign my divorce papers as a new man, but since then have felt lack-luster to fitness. Habit has kept me going, but the drive has waned... I need to find a new reason to fight. Quote Currently lost in Fitness. Link to comment

mightstone2k
The Phoenix Theory article really speaks to me. My spark came over Thanksgiving break freshman year, when one of my martial arts students (who I had a crush on) told me that I looked "a little pudgy." She was being kind. After that, I started training my ass off (in all the wrong ways), but it ignited my fitness drive. And now I'm exactly where the article says. I keep pushing myself every workout because I flatly refuse to fail, and I take barbaric pleasure in crushing each new PR (thank God for novice gains; those come regularly these days).
