BW pull-ups PR

I've been doing wide grip body weight pull-ups for a while now. I'm the only female at my gym I've seen do body weight pull ups (lots of women on the assist machine though). I had plateaued at 3 sets of 8 for months, not quite sure how long exactly. Last night I did my normal eight, and tried one more, then two more. I got three sets of ten, no kipping. Yippee! I upped my rest time between sets and it helped.
