lawrencep93
http://www.abc.net.au/catalyst/stories/3876219.htm Have a look at the link above, they talk about how cholesterol isn't the cause of heart failure. Who agree's that we need to get more media and info out to get people to go further towards a primal diet? My hope is the more we can get the media onto it and the more demand we can get on real foods, the cheaper and more available it will be and hopefully the less shit we get in our foods! Let's use our nerd brains and spread the message! Vella
Perhaps not absolutely guiding people to Primal/Paleo (it's not the only thing that works, after all). But hecks yeah, I'd like to see our country spread some better info about health. Quote Previous challenges: (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) Link to comment
Thetemplarreservist
I agree with Vella not being Paleo/primal but like she said there are many roads diet as well as fitness wide to get to your goals. Good article alot of information and interesting ideas. Quote “Happiness consists in getting enough sleep. lawrencep93
I said heading towards a more primal diet. Telling people to eat more fat, and less processed bullshit oils is heading towards a more primal diet I think. Would be awesome though if they did say to eat and live more primal, even if it meant a higher demand for grass-fed meat and real foods so they are easier to find and buy. Waldo
Why? There's nothing special or better about a primal diet. Would be better if they showed people how to really master the use of food diary / calorie-macro counting apps. This is one place where a smartphone is extremely useful; of all the things these little technological wonders are capable of, easy weight control is without a doubt one of the most profound and impactful things they can do. I-Jo
I'd have never done this 3 years ago. I remember my best friend had a food journal. I LOVE writing letters- HATE writing daily journals. Phone and ap = instant win.no questions asked. Quote Link to comment
