I was a bit taken back, because I always groom very well before I come to work, shower, shaved, pressed shirt and pants, the works. Turns out they were complaining because my uniforms were indeed too big for me. So I sat down and ordered SMALLER uniforms. Pretty damn excited about that, I haven't worn regular XL shirts in a long, long time. ( during high school) I have felt them getting smaller (been doing NF for 7 weeks now) and I have had to add 3 holes to my belt. My pants look like MC hammer pants...its freaking awesome. Down about 40 lbs, only 62 to go until my goal 10 Quote I haven't made a goal, I have made a lifestyle change.I am not where I want to be, but I am closer than I was yesterday.It was hard to make changes at first, I will never go back.The only person that was standing in my way was me.
