MsFitz Posted January 26, 2014 Report Share Posted January 26, 2014 I need a new one badly. I love it, but it won't charge and sometimes won't boot up. It's an Asus U50A and was great for a year or so. Is this brand pretty good? If so is happily get another. I also like the ultra books. They look like they'd be easy to travel with. Are they worth the money? I basically use my laptop for course work (have to use office), surfing the web, and occasionally some WOW (usually summer time). I also like to keep all my music, movies, and pics on it since the kids' stuff is on the desktop. Any good recommendations? Preferably less than $1000.
