JPrev
I like a mix of bodyweight and free weight training, with some soccer thrown in. Have done judo for a while, but now I'm thinking about boxing.... Quote Link to comment
smallerleopard1
Boxing is not my strongest part of the fight game but it's intense and fun, also a skill worth having (hopefully never to need outside the ring). Recommend it to anybody Quote Link to comment

I love boxing training - some of my most savage workouts that have left me in a sweaty heap on the floor have involved just me, a pair of gloves and a punching bag. Quote Link to comment
saroufall
I focus primarily on body weight exercises and kickboxing. In the summer I mix it up with a bunch of swimming and running though. MsFitz
I lift weights 3 days a week and do push-ups the other days. No cardio for me. I haven't found any cardio I like doing.
