favourite ways to workout

I like a mix of bodyweight and free weight training, with some soccer thrown in.  Have done judo for a while, but now I'm thinking about boxing....

 

I love boxing training - some of my most savage workouts that have left me in a sweaty heap on the floor have involved just me, a pair of gloves and a punching bag.

My beef and taters:

1) barbell movements with assistance from dumbbells and machines

2) heavy bag work

3) hiking

 

Although I'm not a stranger to: shooting hoops, racing, shadowboxing, body weight complexes, running to the bus, and chasing the cat with a slipper.

Level 0 Were-Huorn 

 

Mastering runes, eating prunes and getting bruised in the temple of dues.
