MGS Posted April 7, 2014 Report Share Posted April 7, 2014 Recently I made a topic about rejoining the gym after a considerable hiatus - some 18 months, I forget how long exactly.Anyway, at the end of (roughly) 5 weeks, iv managed to achieve my first big goal namely being able to deadlift my Bodyweight- not only did I manage that, I felt I could manage more and went up to 120KG! Baby lifts in the grand scheme of things I know but I'm pretty happy with the progress for just over a month.As a side note, I progressed to doing free squats instead of using the smith machine, as my form and flexibility have improved.
