Big gym milestone and Deadlift PB

Recently I made a topic about rejoining the gym after a considerable hiatus - some 18 months, I forget how long exactly.

Anyway, at the end of (roughly) 5 weeks, iv managed to achieve my first big goal namely being able to deadlift my Bodyweight- not only did I manage that, I felt I could manage more and went up to 120KG! Baby lifts in the grand scheme of things I know but I'm pretty happy with the progress for just over a month.

As a side note, I progressed to doing free squats instead of using the smith machine, as my form and flexibility have improved. Good things all round!
