Complete newbie here.  I'm looking to start the next chapter of my life, with my completion of graduate school and entering "the real world".  I'm changing my life in more ways then one: including, getting fit!

I've quite a few obstacles (PCOS, addictive personality, etc) but it's time I get over it.   Anyone who would like to join me in my journey/share support feel free.
