Not quite the t-rex status of last week, but I can feel the workouts.I'm iCing my neck, to prevent migraines from the"good" tension of the workouts! (I don't have access to a pull-up bar) Here is what WildRoss - a Warrior - is suggesting to me: Rows - bent over or with a bar - squeeze the lats together.Flies - incline or lying down - dumbell - stretch open the front...pull aparts - a stretching band that you hold out in front of you, and pull it apart - pressing your shoulder blades together. He mentioned the LYPT - here is one video - but WR does them all standing up. this way, you would also work the lats. Stretch!! THIS IS AWESOME From KStarr And this five shoulder option - if you have these bands...again, from KStarr.I stand in an open door, hands on both sides, and lean in to stretch the front shoulder muscles (pecs?) They give a progression before the clap up, where you lift your hands off the ground and then back down in the same place. This is easier than clapping but harder than regular. Could we award points for the jumping pushup-like 1.5 or 2 points? Maybe it complicates life too much to add scoring for progressions, which is fine. They are a bit harder than diamond or declines but there is too much of a difference between them and clapping to have the same point value in my opinion.
