These are easy to do off the ledge in the basement while unpacking boxes and organizing. I just do 25 at a time and I love the stretch and range of motion.Knee push-ups 80 = 40Reg push-ups 20Total 159. weekly total 325 My arms feel like wet noodles. My hubby thought I was crazy when I said I have to get in a few more before bed. Won't say what his idea was.Where is the rest of my Hufflepuff team mates!
