I used to swim competitively, and through that, a combo of genetics, and sheer luck, I managed to somehow be "healthy" without caring. Now I'm getting older, and I no longer swim, so I've become... less than healthy..I discovered NF a few months ago, when I needed to learn how to do a pull up, then again, when I was looking for a basic workout, and I figured it was about time I actually signed up. The past few days I've been doing my ten minute walks and the beginner body weight circuit. After the awesome email about classes I decided to hurry up and get on here in the effort to become the master assassin. So here's your fair warning; I'll be bugging you guys on the forums from here on out, then even more starting 7/28 (I think that's when the next challenge starts?). Quote Link to comment

It's one of my goals, though. Welcome aboard in any case! I hope you find support and motivation here! Pssssst no need to wait for the challenge to start if you want to get going now! Why not create a daily battle log and start moving towards your goals? You can always swap to a challenge thread when it's time.
