I went cold turkey from an average of two cans a day, and it was torture in the beginning but got much, much easier until last month when my company put a pop machine right outside my office door. Bastards. I really didn't think I would make it, but I did! I just kept thinking how sad it would be if I gave in. All my hard work and self-control would have been for nothing. I quite liked it ..... but now its back to the grindstone of ignoring the sweet bubbly can of doom.
