A Year Without Soda!

Recommended Posts

It's officially been a year and a week since I last had Coke.  I went cold turkey from an average of two cans a day, and it was torture in the beginning but got much, much easier until last month when my company put a pop machine right outside my office door.

Bastards.

I really didn't think I would make it, but I did!  I just kept thinking how sad it would be if I gave in.  All my hard work and self-control would have been for nothing.  I had to keep the streak alive!

My goal weight is 80 lbs less than where I started.  I started at 219 on 10/13/13 and today (7/20/14) I'm at 160!  Which means I'm
