MattGannon
Just wanted to share something I’m proud of. I used to be 240 lbs when I was younger. The photo on the left is me in October of 2011 at 190 lbs after a bit of weight loss, but clearly not enough. I made it to 150 lbs (total loss of 90lbs), but put some muscle on so now I’m at a comfortable weight of 164 lbs. I have a very long way to go, but I’m finally starting to see my hard work pay off. I never thought I would be happy with myself. Getting there. Thanks for listening, folks. (I think you have to click to enlarge) 7 Quote "Courage doesn't always roar. What's your next dragon to slay? -Steve Thanks, Steve. It's an honor to hear from you lol this is a nice surprise. The next dragon I will slay exists in the realm of body fat percentage. Still have some training to do before this, however. I separated my shoulder and damaged my knee in 2011 in a dirt biking accident, so I'm working on building strength and muscle in those areas. Thanks again for the comment. It means a lot. "some" progress? Thanks for the comment, Rookiebeotch. Hope to see you around these parts. Quote "Courage doesn't always roar.
