Gar Posted December 24, 2014 Report Share Posted December 24, 2014 Following my back injury from earlier this year, finally worked back up to Big Boy plates on my low back squat!Gonna stay at 135 for a while - go from 3x5 to 3x8 to 4x5 to 4x8 to 5x5 and then add weight, not to take any chances, but I'm psyched.
