Todays workout brought me to 115 lb squats to which I placed 35 lb plates on the bar for the first time. Feels good man.another 4 more workout sessions and I will be up 45's!!Then I can be looking like a real baller. Last weights lifted.squats 115bench 105barbell row 110OH press 75deadlift 110 ( I should be up more on the weights I guess I was suppose to be adding 10 lbs each time I do it. but had only added 5lbs. will catch up soon enough) I add 5 lbs each sessioncheck out my battle log for past history. Eventually you will be measuring your lifts by counting the number of 45 plates on the bar just like the strong badasses do.
