Squat and deadlift PRs!

Recommended Posts

Today was the first time I squatted full plates for 135#!

And then I deadlifted 155#, which is more than my weight and a new PR!

And I weighed in at the lowest I've been in 8 months, down 6# since the beginning of the year!

Good on ya.  There isn't a lift out there that doesn't somehow feel better when you get to put a (new) full plate on the bar.  Even if you just went up five pounds.  Congrats on the DL too.

Did I offer advice in my post?  Please keep the following in mind:

  • I am not a doctor nor any other kind of medical professional.
  • I am not a lawyer.
  • I am not a mental health provider
  • I am not a nutritionist
  • Your mileage may vary
  • I don't do anything in moderation
  • I have lots of injuries & if you train like me, you probably will too.
