Hi everyone,

I've been lurking for a while now and this forum isn't becoming any clearer so I'm just jumping in :D

My long term goal is to lose 100lbs or just get to a happy place, whatever comes first. I'm a total emotional eater (any emotion!) but I recently got braces so as food is a little restricted I thought it would be the ideal time to sort the rest of me out too.

Am loving the philosophy of this site and trying to wade through the information. I have an elliptical trainer at home that I've put a good week in on, and I've lost 14lbs since April 1st. Did my first Beginners body weight workout this morning :) I also have some Dumbbells that have been looking at me seductively, so I'm researching what to do with them. Although I'm not sure how the lounge door will stay open if I move them...

Apologies in advance for any embarrassing noobiness :)
