Hello all. Lurker finally turned poster.

I guess I should start with a little about me. 32 year old male with an amazing wife a 9 year old and twin 3 year old twins. All girls! I'm looking to get back to the fighting shape of my youthful military days. I am 5'0 and 162 lbs. My goal is to get back down to 142.

The class I seem to lean more towards is Ranger with maybe a little scout mixed in. I'm not quite sure what my class would be. I'm pretty broad shouldered and most of my weight is in my stomach. My arms don't keep waving after I stop. Lol

I know I need to cut out my sugar but Dr. Pepper is so good! Not a vegetable eater at all, cannot stomach most of it. Love my red meat, poultry and fish though.

My gym routine consists of doing the major lifts, squats, dead lift and clean 4 days a week with cardio afterwards. Days im not at the gym I usually take my girls for walks or rides with a few park trips thrown in.

Looking forward to learning all I can. Thanks for having me.

9 year old and 3 year old twins, wow. Boys are gonna be coming a-knocking in a few years, good to see you're lifitng weights. Wife and I have a 15 month old girl and are starting to think about a second. Twins run in her family and haven't happened in awhile, and I've got a gut feeling it's gonna hit us the same way it hit you with the 3 girls. One of the reasons I'm bulking up and working to look like a badass, gotta scare those boys away, or at least scare any silly ideas out of their heads.

Anyway, welcome to the boards!
