I've got diet and beverages under control, for the most part, and I created a character ( https://www.nerdfitness.com/character/70042 ) to start working on my fitness goals. I've made some good progress since the beginning of the year on my body fat goals, but now it's time to start working on the rest of my life. You guys seem to be all about personal development, and I think that's a good place for me to be now.
