Once upon a time, I was able to bend over, knees straight and touch my head to my knees. I was also inches away from doing a split. Due to circumstances beyond my control; I lost all flexibility.

Now, I can touch my toes again! I am so happy. Soon I will be back to my old flexibility and intend to go even further.

Congrats! My daughter has had this as her goal since Thanksgiving and still is a ways a way. I used to think younger bodies would gain flexibility much faster, but apparently it depends on the body.

Thanks. I'm using Blogilates 30 days to the Splits Challenge if she wants to try it out. This is the second month in doing it because I wasn't very bendy the first month, lol!

If I were you, I'd reward myself with a killer pedicure then I'd touch them sparkly toes alllllll the time like it was no big deal.  :peaceful:
