I was also inches away from doing a split. Due to circumstances beyond my control; I lost all flexibility.Now, I can touch my toes again! I am so happy. I used to think younger bodies would gain flexibility much faster, but apparently it depends on the body. I'm using Blogilates 30 days to the Splits Challenge if she wants to try it out. This is the second month in doing it because I wasn't very bendy the first month, lol!
