not my PRs though :( sadly just happy seeing progress with two guys i'm currently training with while I'm attending this leaders course (army school 7 weeks)

Three weeks ago two classmates of mine asked for help in pursuing higher numbers on their compound movements (I.E Deadlift, Bench, Squat)

 

I ran them through a simple program and gave them ques and pointers over these last 3 weeks and have had their lifts shoot up dramatically :) along with myself in slowly regaining my strength.

 

Davids PRs 

275 Squat -> 295 Squat

245 Bench (touch and go) -> 275 bench (Paused!)

405 Deadlift -> 455 (easy)

 

Gonzalez (Don't know his first name)

205 Squat -> 255

255 Deadlift -> 335

205 Bench -> 235

 

These have all been attempted this week! :)

 

Small woot for me I hit 475 for a double! which is a little more than 90% max. on deadlift (I've always trained under the 90%) and then managed to hit it for singles.
