Briantheyellowback Posted April 7, 2016 Report Share Posted April 7, 2016 not my PRs though sadly just happy seeing progress with two guys i'm currently training with while I'm attending this leaders course (army school 7 weeks) Three weeks ago two classmates of mine asked for help in pursuing higher numbers on their compound movements (I.E Deadlift, Bench, Squat) I ran them through a simple program and gave them ques and pointers over these last 3 weeks and have had their lifts shoot up dramatically along with myself in slowly regaining my strength. Davids PRs 275 Squat -> 295 Squat 245 Bench (touch and go) -> 275 bench (Paused!) 405 Deadlift -> 455 (easy) Gonzalez (Don't know his first name) 205 Squat -> 255 255 Deadlift -> 335 205 Bench -> 235 These have all been attempted this week! Small woot for me I hit 475 for a double! which is a little more than 90% max. on deadlift (I've always trained under the 90%) and then managed to hit it for singles. 1 Quote Link to comment
