Laura, at this point I think seth might have saved the link to the other one, so try him.On another note, I have to start using metal plates or something because the bumper ones are too wide and I can't fit any more on, and I used up all the 45 bumper plates anyway (you can see the empty spot behind me in the vid). Now, do I just put one set of bumpers on first then load up regular plates, or should I put another bumper plate on last to bracket the regular ones? I'm planning on using regular 35 lb plates instead of 45 lb plates since the 35's are a smaller diameter than the bumpers and won't hit the floor. You can do a thousand EASY....Okay so I am bummed I don't have a sweet ass deadlifting platform at my gym. I literally have to take a bar off the bench or squat rack and walk over and make some room. It sucks because all the benches and stuff are right in the middle of the room so whenever I do them I feel like I'm so cramped and confined.
