So yeah I'm new here and I'd thought I'd introduce myself. I like the idea of being strong not big and just being strong. It's hard for me to be consistent and stay with a schedule so I don't workout most everyday but when I do I try to work until failure so I get a good workout in. I'm interested in being a war but I have very little weights so I'll work with what I got. How are you guys doing? Any tips for a newbie? Thanks
