kanmuri Posted June 2, 2016 Report Share Posted June 2, 2016 So, I heard of this thing through Michelle Tam at NomNom Paleo and knew that I had to join. For the last few years I've started and stopped my fitness journey several time. I fell in all the obvious traps (starvation, eating disorder, low fat...) but because I'm a perfectionist I always managed to keep up appearances, at least for a while. Then everything came crashing down and I would have to start all over again. This is where I stand right now. Out of a five day binge, trying to get my health back on track. I realise now that I failed for many different reasons, but one of them was that I always worked alone. Even when working with trainers, I didn't open up and allowed others to help me. I think that this was my biggest mistake. I definitely need to find my tribe this time around. I hope to find it here. 2 Quote Link to comment
