Zeikiel Posted June 14, 2016 Report Share Posted June 14, 2016 I think this is now take 3 of my fitness journey or 4 maybe 5, Ok I've forgotten how many times I've fallen off the bandwagon due to injury, illness,boredom, life ... After a 3 month sabbatical of couch sits and star trek marathons, I'm itching to get back to it. I enjoy everything but running, blerg running. I come from a background of Ballet, swimming, Roller derby, and most recently lifting heavy stuff. My goal for the next 12 months is to lean up regain all my strength and flexibility and maybe add some cardio in there as well. SO this elf thing wants to rock it ranger style, maybe with a bit of assassin and druid thrown in for good measure! Quote Link to comment
