Ibheath
Hi all. I am a overweight father of 4 in my 40's who used to love being active. US Navy veteran and former: skydiver, scuba, and rock climbing, swimming, judo, very active in my youth. Then I had kids and had to work really hard to support them. Now my BMI is 31.2. My goals? Get fit, flexible and active. I get bored in the gym, and I love to interact with the physical environment. So that is why parkour/traceur. I can start slow and build, and not be bored. My 13 y/o son want to do this with me, so that will be fun. I am reading and watching youtube videos on parkour. I know there are a number of people on this board that do Parkour and freerunning. Looking forward to getting to know ya'll. BTW - I think the Assassins are the best fit, even if I am way more Chris Farley than Jet Li. 2 Quote Link to comment
Grymm
Hello! Poke around the assassins challenge forum (challenge forums are probably the most active part of the forums) and read up on what people are doing. You can also learn a lot if you have specific questions. Good luck on your journey! Quote Intro Challenges: #1, #2, #3, #4, #5 Link to comment
