Hey guys! My name is Ryan and I've just decided to join this awesome community. I've been lurking for quite a while now but have made the decision to become an active part of what you guys have going on here because of how inspirational and fun it all is!

My story is a success story so far but I still have things I want to accomplish and goals to kick. But I digress.

In August 2014 I tipped the scales at 142.7 kilos and suffice to say I wasn't very happy with my physical appearence or personal health. I decided to make a change for the better and over the course of the next 18 months with the help of a few friends, a local gym and healthy eating I shed around 60 kilos and have been able to essentially save my life!

I am am now a healthy 86 kilos with around 8% body fat and a completely new person. The reason that I am here on these boards with you is that I want to INCREASE my strength and muscle density now and what better way is there then to do it with such a seemingly support once community!

More than that however I want to help others who are starting out or who have hit a plateau keep going and smash their own goals because I know anything is possible!

So so that's my story! I've been looking at guilds and I think The Rangers are my best fit. I like to lift and strength train but I also run and do F45 Training (similar to Crossfit which I also enjoy).

So yeah, that's me. Hi!
