I did it!

I did the Beginner Bodyweight Workout. I only did one set, and I'm sure I didn't do the lunges properly, but you know? I did it!

 

I also went to the gym, talked to the woman at the counter about my vulnerabilities, made a treadmill accessible for the blind, had a hard conversation with a healthier friend/colleague who promptly informed me how out of shape/depressed I've become (she's not wrong,) and stopped eating at 80% full at every meal today-- even with Indian food!

 

Hell. Yes!
