I knew for a long time I needed to lose weight, but no "diet plan" ever worked for long. I really liked what I saw in nerd fitness. I don't know what I was waiting for. Then I had a pulmonary embolism in August. I'm 36. I realized then that my weight wasn't going to kill me someday. It's killing me right now. I'm not ready to die. It's high time I stop sitting on my hands, roll up my sleeves, and do something to save myself. No one else can; it's up to me.
