meirad Posted March 13, 2012 Report Share Posted March 13, 2012 Hi, i'm Meira, I've basically have been wanting to loose weight and get fit for years. But i didn't know how to go about it, every time i would start i would give up after a few days or even a day! That is until i discovered that becoming fit could be fun. I'm getting my plan together now, i'm going to treat it as a game to level up my life. Through apps such as Epic Win and in the future Zombies Run etc. My goal is to get to my goal weight of 170 at 5'9, right now i'm in the 220 range and it's completely depressing. A few years ago i had gotten to 190 almost my goal weight in one month! But a string of murders (and fitness injuries) a block from my house has kept me inside and i gained it all back. Now, i'm determined to loose the weight before i move spring of 2013 to Washington. I don't just want to loose weight but create a healthy lifestyle for me and my dog that will last. Wish me luck! What my plan is currently is to do hoopnotica over the Summer and Yoga Wii Fit etc. and then this Fall i'm taking Fencing at least once a week on campus. Next year i hope to pick up on either Aikido or Tae Kwon Do.
