Kiki Dee
Welp, I'm back. I think I've been off the forums since July - basically since I readjusted my priorities and started focusing on study rather than fitness. And hey, it worked! Results came out a couple of weeks ago and I passed the Big Scary Final Specialist Exam. Go me. As I said, fitness did take a back seat though! I've basically been treading water - working out a few times a week, following my diet plan most of the time. The most important habits have stuck (homemade lunches being #1) and I've dropped another 4kg since I last posted. But now that the exam is done, it's time to work on progression again. I've got a new program, just ran through it for the first time today, and it's going to really challenge me. I'll try to pick dancing back up in the new year - variety to be determined by timetabling I suspect! And my laser eye surgery is booked in for Thursday. So... here we go! 1 Quote My ramblings in my first Battle Log First Challenge - May 2016, Second Challenge (incomplete) - June 2016, Third (Utterly Abandoned) Challenge - December 2016 My New and Improved Battle Log Current Challenge Link to comment
Raincloak
Good for you maintaining a diet/exercise routine while you were busy studying! Time to go be awesome. (You might wanna stockpile some meals before Thurs, so you won't have to cook when you're blind. Particularly, you really want to avoid cooking anything with onions, chili, vinegar, or grill smoke shortly after getting your eyeballs lasered. The fumes will irritate.)
