I was suprised since I have only been doing the NF running and fitness guides for a week and eating primally (shooting for 80%+ primal) for the same time. Weighed in at 233ish and 2week 222ish. shenanigains Posted April 24, 2012 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2012 My workout schedule hit a bump due to a groin injury so my calorie expenditure isn't as great as during my first few weeks. But at the midway point i checked in original weight: 232.3 and midway weight: 211.2. I'm going to test my groin with a workout tomorrow, and if all goes well then I'll be back at it 100%.
