A little bit stronger!

I started doing the beginner bodyweight circuit 3 weeks ago. I was able to do 2 circuits, today I did 3 for the first time!

And then, in my yoga cooldowns, I went from downward dog to upward dog without my knees on the floor for the first time!!!

I love being able to feel the new strength in my body :D
