  1. Hey everyone I'm doing the 6 week challenge with the Rebel Strength training guide, my main go is to lose weight and build up my strength. Any recommendations on which workout guide I should go with???? Thanks a lot.
  2. No definate ideas yet, I'm gonna sit down this weekend and read through the guide thorougly and select the plan and get started either this weekend or Monday for sure.
  3. Thanks for the welcom!! I actually plan on following the Slim down guide and eating plan for slimming down at first. So I can cut out as much fat as possible and then start building more muscle.
  4. I agree no rebellion is complete unless there is a redhead on board. Zelda is classic and great game I love myself. My goal is to get back into the shape I was in when I was in the Air Force and hopefully surpass that, I'm going to use this as my stepping stone to train for some mud runs next year.
  5. Well I've been apart of the Rebellion since January but mainly only as a spectator. Yesterday I took my first step as a particpant by purchasing the Rebel Strength Guide and can't wait to get started & now I'm doing my first poston the forum. Hope to get to know more of you from here on out....
