Hello to everyone, This is mi first challenge and it comes at a good time, because last week i just put im paper a series of goals that i want to accomplish for the rest of the year, so here´s my goals: During the time of the challenge: - I will not eat any crap foods including potato chips, doritos, tostitos, bagged peanuts or nuts, cakes, bagels, cookies or anything made with flour. Natural peanuts or nuts are allowed. - I will not drink sodas or any sweet beverages, the only allowed drinks are water, mineral water, and a maximum ammount of two beers only on sunday. - I will read a book at least for 30 minutes daily. - I will excercise at least 5 days a week, the excersise will include no more than 20 minutes of running/walking and at least 25 minutes with weights. I know that i need to lose weight, but i don´t know how much i can loose during the period of the challenge, so first i want to create the habit of exercise and for the next challenge i will make some lose weight goals. So, here are my goals, and good luck everyone.
