Hello, I'm new here.... I'm here to learn to get strong, eat well, and how to succeed in the Spartan Race in November. I'm feeling clueless, but I have knowledge of nutrition but obviously not enough or I would't be here... I want to be able to participate in the Spartan Race and feel confident not like I'm the fat person everyone needs to help.
