  1. And I am back. Life has been a whirlwind but when is it not? So much change. So much growth. I went to Japan, loved it, fell in love, had a blast and came back to the reality of my routine but haven't quite picked up my good habits back yet. This is why I'm creating this battle log. The fight within myself to heal is not over and I am back in the arena. So let's start today, shall we? ♡ WEEK 1 OF THE CLEANSE: ♡ X One Coffee a Day [ ] X Processed Carbs Once a Day [ ] X Fried Foods Once a Week [ ] X Meditation Daily [ ]
  2. When I hear CLEANSE, my immediate thoughts go to: Miserable and back to your old habits (and size) once you stop drinking carrot juice and start eating real food again. So when one of my best friends asked if I wanted to do a cleanse with her I was not interested at all until she sent me the info. This isn't a cleanse, it's a supplement enhanced jumpstart to a lifestyle change! And isn't that what I'm here for? I'm going to spare you the details (which sounds like a sales pitch) and I am in no way affiliated with the company. But
  3. Has anyone here tried any kind of cleanse? I was really into my strength training workouts for about 5 or 6 months but then fell off the wagon due to a lot of travel, crazy heat waves with no air conditioning, moving to a new apartment, etc. Now I feel physically gross and I'm starting to notice my pants feeling tight. I need to get on the path to healthy again, but I'd love to start by cleaning up my diet and getting rid of all the toxins, hopefully making my body feel a bit less gross right off the bat. I've never tried a cleanse before though and I'm wondering if anyone here has any r
