My exercise goal is to trim down from 19% body fat to 9% then eat clean and start to put on muscle. I also practice a mix of Northern and Southern Kung Fu. Nerdiness is very close to my heart and it always will be. I'm a life long learner and if I had a obsession it would be Star Wars loved it since the first time I saw it at 5 years old. I'd also like to network with folks that live in the VA area or anyone that wants to chat.
